Shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All Domestic orders are shipped through USPS, which can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks from the date your box is purchased. 

*Please note due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays that are outside of Hey, Sis's control. 

Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?

Currently Hey, Sis. customers are limited to one mailing address per order.  If you would like to ship a box to multiple addresses, you will need to make two separate orders. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do Hey, Sis.  accept returns?

The Hey, Sis. team understands things happen - we're here to help! For safety purposes,  all products included in your Hey, Sis must remain unused and/or in a  acceptable condition as determined by our team. Please note that all returns and exchange requests must be generated within  14 days of the delivery date.  Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs to return / exchange items in your Hey, Sis. box. 

 

In the event that you are approved for a refund / exchange, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days. Please submit all return / exchange requests to info@heysisbox.com

Can I exchange my item for another?

Hey, Sis. wants to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with your order! Please submit all exchange requests to info@heysisbox.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
